Divine Beef or Goat Samosa Recipe
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onions until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
Add Divine meat and cook thoroughly until browned.
Stir in spices, salt, and diced potatoes.
Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Finish with freshly chopped cilantro and lemon juice.
Allow the filling to cool completely before assembling the samosas.
Step 2: Prepare the Dough
(Skip this step if using pre-made wrappers.)
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and oil.
Gradually add water, mixing until a firm dough forms.
Knead until smooth and let rest for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough thin and cut into half circles.
Step 3: Assemble the Samosas
Shape each half circle into a cone.
Fill with approximately 2 tablespoons of the prepared mixture.
Seal the edges securely using a light water paste.
Step 4: Fry to Golden Perfection
Heat oil over medium-low heat.
Fry the samosas slowly to ensure an even, crisp texture.
Cook until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Tip: Slow frying produces the crispiest, most authentic texture.
