Divine Smash Sauce

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon pickle relish
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Heat the Surface

Preheat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat until very hot.
A properly heated surface is essential for achieving the signature crust.

Step 2: Prepare the Beef

Divide the beef into loose 3 to 4 oz portions.
Gently roll into balls without overworking the meat.
