Role Overview
The Butcher / Meat Cutter is responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, packaging, and organizing halal beef, lamb, and goat products according to Divine Foods USA quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in meat cutting, butcher work, grocery meat departments, slaughterhouse processing, restaurant meat prep, or wholesale meat production.
A strong candidate is careful with knives, understands sanitation, works well in cold environments, and takes pride in clean, consistent cuts.
Main Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, move, and store meat products properly. Cut, trim, debone, portion, grind, or prepare meat according to customer and production needs.
Prepare beef, lamb, and goat cuts for retail, wholesale, restaurant, carcass, boxed, and packaged meat orders. Use knives, saws, grinders, wrapping equipment, scales, and other meat-processing tools safely.
Weigh, wrap, label, organize, and stage products for orders.
Maintain clean workstations, tools, cutting surfaces, equipment, coolers, and freezers.
Follow Divine Foods USA food-safety, sanitation, halal, USDA, and quality-control procedures. Help reduce waste by using proper trim, yield awareness, and inventory handling.
Support custom butcher cuts, bulk orders, carcass breakdowns, and packaged product preparation as needed. Work as part of a production team in a cold, wet, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment.
Experience and Qualifications
Prior butcher, meat cutter, meat department, slaughterhouse, processing, or restaurant meat-prep experience preferred.
Ability to safely use knives, saws, grinders, scales, and packaging tools. Understanding of meat cuts, trimming, portioning, deboning, and cold-chain handling preferred.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes or product as needed. Must be dependable, punctual, clean, teachable, and safety-minded. Food handler, HACCP, meat processing, halal, or USDA-inspected facility experience is a plus.

Slaughterhouse Associate
Location: Ferris, Texas Department: Slaughter / Processing / Packaging Type: Full-time or part-time opportunities may be available Role Overview The Slaughterhouse Associate supports daily halal slaughterhouse operations, including animal handling, carcass movement, processing support, cleaning, sanitation, packaging, and production flow. This role requires physical stamina, focus, respect for animals, respect for the halal process, and strict attention to safety and cleanliness. The work may include cold rooms, wet floors, sharp tools, equipment, live-animal areas, and fast-paced production tasks. Main Responsibilities Support the daily slaughterhouse and meat-processing workflow. Assist with humane animal movement, staging, and handling according to facility procedures. Help move, hang, wash, trim, process, package, or stage carcasses and meat products as assigned. Support halal process flow under trained supervision. Maintain cleanliness in slaughter, processing, cooler, packaging, and equipment areas. Follow all safety, sanitation, halal, USDA, HFSAA, and facility procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment, including gloves, boots, aprons, hearing protection, eye protection, or other PPE as assigned. Help clean floors, drains, tools, knives, rails, tables, equipment, and production areas. Report equipment issues, animal welfare concerns, food-safety concerns, or product-quality issues immediately. Work respectfully with USDA inspection personnel, supervisors, butchers, packaging staff, and management. Experience and Qualifications Previous slaughterhouse, meat processing, warehouse, farm, ranch, food production, sanitation, or cold-storage experience preferred. Must be comfortable working around livestock, carcasses, meat products, knives, equipment, blood, cold rooms, wet surfaces, and physical labor. Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work safely around sharp tools and moving equipment. Must be dependable, respectful, teachable, and able to work as part of a team. Experience in USDA-inspected, HACCP, halal, food manufacturing, or sanitation environments is a plus. Qualified slaughter duties may require specialized training and approval according to Divine Foods USA’s Zabiha Halal process. What Success Looks Like Safe, clean, respectful work every shift. Ranch Hand / Livestock Associate

Role Overview
The Ranch Hand / Livestock Associate supports the care, movement, feeding, watering, observation, and handling of livestock connected to Divine Foods USA operations.
This role is for someone who respects animals, understands hard outdoor work, and can help maintain clean, calm, organized livestock areas. The right candidate is dependable, physically capable, comfortable around cattle, sheep, and goats, and able to recognize when animals need attention.
Main Responsibilities
Feed and water livestock and monitor feed, hay, water, and supply levels. Move, herd, sort, load, unload, and stage cattle, sheep, goats, or other livestock safely and calmly.
Observe animals for signs of illness, injury, stress, weakness, lameness, or abnormal behavior. Report animal health, welfare, or facility concerns to management immediately.
Clean pens, stalls, water troughs, equipment, trailers, and livestock areas. Help maintain fences, gates, chutes, pens, yards, barns, equipment, and tools.
Assist with weighing, tagging, grouping, sorting, and documenting livestock as needed.
Operate basic ranch equipment, trucks, trailers, tractors, carts, or tools if qualified. Support low-stress animal handling and halal livestock care standards.
Assist with delivery, pickup, staging, and coordination between ranch, facility, and operations teams.
Experience and Qualifications
Prior ranch, farm, livestock, animal handling, feedlot, cattle, sheep, goat, trailer, or equipment experience preferred.
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, mud, early mornings, weekends, and physically demanding conditions.
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Must be calm, patient, careful, and respectful around animals.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Trailer, tractor, skid steer, forklift, or livestock transport experience is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

DFW Account Manager

Role Overview
The DFW Account Manager is responsible for growing Divine Foods USA’s customer base across Dallas-Fort Worth by building relationships with halal markets, grocery stores, restaurants, caterers, distributors, institutions, masajid, community buyers, and wholesale customers.
This role requires strong communication, follow-up, organization, customer service, and comfort discussing halal meat products, availability, pricing, delivery, samples, account setup, and recurring orders.
Main Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with halal markets, grocery stores, restaurants, caterers, distributors, and food-service buyers across DFW. Identify new customer opportunities through visits, calls, referrals, community relationships, directories, events, and trade outreach.
Present Divine Foods USA products, including packaged meats, boxed meats, carcass options, beef, lamb, goat, and custom orders. Answer customer questions about product availability, uses, case quantities, pricing, delivery, pickup, credit terms, and order process. Provide product samples, catalogues, flyers, pricing updates, and account information as approved.
Prepare quotes, order forms, customer notes, account updates, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with operations, inventory, delivery, production, and leadership to confirm order availability and timelines.
Visit existing accounts to support reorder cycles, shelf placement, product feedback, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
Track leads, calls, visits, follow-ups, account status, and sales opportunities in the company CRM or spreadsheet. Represent Divine Foods USA with professionalism, halal integrity, and community trust.
Experience and Qualifications
Prior sales, route sales, wholesale food, grocery, restaurant supply, halal market, meat distribution, CPG, or account management experience preferred. Strong communication, follow-up, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable visiting stores and restaurants across DFW.
Able to explain product features, pricing, availability, and order terms clearly.
Must be organized and able to track leads, notes, next steps, and customer commitments. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Knowledge of halal markets,
Muslim communities, restaurants, butchers, ethnic grocery stores, or DFW food distribution is a major plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Arabic, English/Urdu, English/Hindi, or English/Amharic is a plus.
