• 2 lbs Divine Foods USA beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 carrots, sliced
• 3 celery stalks, chopped
• 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 4 cups Divine beef broth
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons flour (optional, for thickening)
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Sear the Divine Beef

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add beef cubes and sear until browned on all sides.
Remove and set aside.

Step 2: Build the Base

In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Stir in tomato paste and cook briefly to deepen flavor.

Step 3: Add Vegetables

Add carrots, celery, and potatoes.
Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing flavors to begin developing.

Step 4: Simmer to Perfection

Return the Divine beef to the pot.
Pour in beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the beef is tender and the stew is rich.

Step 5: Thicken (Optional)

For a thicker stew, mix flour with a small amount of water to form a slurry.
Stir into the stew and simmer for an additional 10 minutes until thickened.

Step 6: Finish

Remove bay leaves and adjust seasoning as needed.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
